Public preview: Azure Resource Health support in AKS

AKS now supports Azure Resource Health in public preview. You can now more easily diagnose, troubleshoot, and get support for service problems that affect your AKS resources. Azure Resource Health reports on the current and past health of your resources and gives you a personalized dashboard of the health of your clusters.
As an example, through Azure Resource Health, you will be able to see times that your AKS resources were unavailable due to any problems encountered as well as under any maintenance operation.
