Machine Learning workspaces and web service pricing plans available in Azure portal

You can use the Azure portal to create and manage standard Azure Machine Learning workspaces. In addition, you can create web service pricing plans. These plans are used for deploying web services and provide included quantities of operationalized compute at a single, predictable monthly cost.
