Video Indexer: multiple facial recognition enhancements have been added

Multiple enhancements have been made to facial recognition in Video Indexer, including:
- Advanced custom face management including multiple face models.
- Central management of face models.
- The ability to view, manage, and delete models from the portal and API.
- New ability to train faces from images even before indexing the video.
