Azure Text Analytics v3 is now generally available

Azure Text Analytics v3 with sentiment analysis, key phrase extraction, language detection, and named entity recognition capabilities, as well as model version controls, is now generally available.
- Sentiment analysis v3 supports 11 (including Asian) languages. Its accuracy for English improved by more than 13 percent. and it more than doubled for Chinese and Japanese models.
- NER v3 includes 5 new categories and 10 subcategories including product, event, skill, and address, with improved accuracy across all categories.
- In addition, the enhanced v3 SDK provides easy-to-consume and robust coding interfaces to build client applications that use Text Analytics capabilities.
