Public preview: Application Insights auto-instrumentation for .NET5 App Services

Azure Monitor application insights now offers native integration for the recently released .NET5 based App Services. This includes both out-of-the-box observability for the new web apps hosted on App Services as well as click-to-enable for existing ones.
All the familiar application insights capabilities are now available to App Services customers out-of-the-box for this latest .NET release.
