Log Analytics workspaces must be created in the Azure portal

As we previously announced, the Operations Management Suite (OMS) portal is moving to Azure. As part of this effort, starting July 29, new Azure Log Analytics workspaces can be created only in the Azure portal.
Users who opt to create a new workspace in the OMS portal will be redirected to the Azure portal to accomplish the task. After the workspace is created, it can be used in the OMS portal same way as before.
There is no change in the REST API and PowerShell to create workspaces.
