Azure Policy is a new service, in limited preview, that will allow customers to assess and enforce enterprise-wide governing standards across their entire Azure environment for proper control and compliance. Azure Policy will be able to evaluate Azure resources for policy violations and run a compliance state review for each policy across subscriptions. Azure Policy is designed to govern the largest Azure environments and will be capable of being assigned at the Management Group level to have consistent standards across all Azure subscriptions for a division or company.
