General availability: Azure Event Hubs SDK for Go

We are announcing the general availability of the Azure Event Hubs SDK for Go.
This new SDK allows developers to build Go applications that efficiently send events and receive event streams from Azure Event Hubs using the AMQP 1.0 protocol. The SDK has been modernized to follow the Azure SDK guidelines and be idiomatic for Go. Additionally, it introduces a number of updates and new features.
