GUID migration: Azure Security Center

Currently, billing for Azure Security Center is reported on a per-node, per-month basis. Starting July 1, 2018, billing will be reported on an hourly basis (per node, per hour). With this change, you’ll receive greater granularity in billing.
Also, there will be a change to the resource GUIDs. There won’t be a pricing impact from this change, but you will need to modify billing routines that rely on resource GUIDs.
