Azure API Management integration with Azure Application Insights

The Azure API Management integration with Azure Application Insights is now available.
With this integration, you now have the ability to troubleshoot and debug APIs more effectively by adding API Management telemetry into Application Insights, including:
- Diagnostic settings at the global level (for example, for all APIs) and individual API level.
- Fixed rate sampling to help reduce the volume of telemetry sent from APIM to AI.
- The option to always send telemetry when there is an error or exception, regardless of sampling settings.
- Log headers and payload.
