Price reduction for Azure Media Indexer

Today we are announcing a reduction in the price of Azure Media Indexer.
Previously our pricing started at $10/hour of content. See below for our new prices (or check the AMS pricing page).

| Next 180,000 minutes | $0.048 / content minute ($2.88/hr) |
| Next 800,000 minutes | $0.043 / content minute ($2.58/hr) |
| Over 1,000,000 minutes | $0.038 / content minute ($2.28/hr) |
We are focused on our customers and listening to the feedback they give us. In this case our customers said the hourly rate was confusing for workloads involving shorter content, so we are now advertising our per-minute price in addition to the hourly rate.
