re-activate deleted Subscription

I recently (20 days) deleted an Azure Subscription b03f63dc-d273-4e03-a478-fb0164243771 tksiproprod6453 And now I cannot find a way to re-activate it. Doesn't even show in my past billing history. Any advice?
