This template creates a V2 data factory and then provisions an Azure SSIS integration runtime

| virtualNetworkName | Name of your Azure virtual network. |
| subNetName | Name of the subnet in the virtual network. |
| nodeSize | Location of the data factory. |
| nodeNumber | Number of nodes in the cluster. |
| maximumParallelExecutionsPerNode | Maximum number of parallel executions per node in the cluster. |
| azureSqlServerName | Name of the Azure SQL server that hosts the SSISDB database (SSIS Catalog). Example: servername.database.windows.net |
| databaseAdminUsername | Name of the Azure SQL database user. |
| databaseAdminPassword | Password for the database user. |
| catalogPricingTier | Pricing tier of the SSIS Catalog (SSISDB datbase) |
