Microsoft 發表了 Neural Network Exchange (ONNX) Runtime，一套專為開放原始碼設計的高效能機器學習模型介面引擎。
Microsoft 宣布正式推出適用於 MariaDB 的 Azure 資料庫，其中含括了企業可以隨時使用、管理完善的 MariaDB 社群、開放原始碼相容性等特色。
Microsoft 發行三款熱門開放原始碼 Windows UX 架構：Windows Presentation Foundation、Windows Forms 及 WinUI XAML 程式庫。
.NET Foundation 歡迎開放原始碼社群的所有成員共同合作，直接引導其運作方向，進而壯大整個生態系統。
Azure Machine Learning 現已正式推出，讓您無論在雲端或邊緣，都能建置、訓練及部署模型。

Microsoft 與 Docker、HashiCorp、Bitnami 等公司合作，發表了分散式應用程式適用的 Cloud Native Application Bundle 規範。
