General availability: Standard Load Balancer in Azure China cloud

Azure Standard Load Balancer is now generally available in Azure China cloud regions.
Standard Load Balancer offers resiliency and ease of use for all your virtual machine resources inside a virtual network. It supports inbound as well as outbound scenarios, provides low latency and high throughput, and scales up to millions of flows for all TCP and UDP applications. You can use load balancing rules with TCP/HTTP/HTTPS health probes, inbound NAT rules for port forwarding, and outbound rules to scale and tune your outbound connectivity.
