Custom Speech Service (formerly the Custom Recognition Intelligent Service) will let you customize Microsoft's speech-to-text engine. You'll be able to customize the language model of the speech recognizer by tailoring it to the vocabulary of the application and the speaking style of your users. By uploading text and/or speech data to the Custom Speech Service, you'll be able to create custom models, combine them with Microsoft's state-of-the-art speech models, and deploy them to a custom speech-to-text endpoint that can be accessed from any device.
