Create a two Container App Environment with a basic Container App. It also deploys a Log Analytics Workspace to store logs.

location Specifies the location for all resources.
frontendContainerImage Specifies the docker container image to deploy.
backendContainerImage Specifies the docker container image to deploy for the Redis backend.
minReplica Minimum number of replicas that will be deployed
maxReplica Maximum number of replicas that will be deployed
