Buyer's journey has changed a lot in the past years. Different types of customers are buying Cloud services at the different time and for a different reason. In order to follow the customer preferences and dynamics, we need to better understand the characteristics and behaviors of customers in different stages of new technology adoption lifecycle and primarily triggers that are triggering their buying decision. We want to explore useful insights that go well beyond traditional and commonly used demographic profiling.
