Add multiple VMs into a Virtual Machine Scale Set

This template will create N number of VM's with managed disks, public IPs and network interfaces. It will create the VMs in a Virtual Machine Scale Set in Flexible Orchestration mode. They will be provisioned in a Virtual Network which will also be created as part of the deployment

virtualMachineNamePrefix Name of the virtual machine to be created
virtualMachineCount Number of virtual machines to be created
virtualMachineSize Virtual Machine Size.
operatingSystem Operating System of the Server
virtualMachineScaleSetName Virtual Machine Scale Set Name where the VM will be placed
virtualMachineScaleSetAvailabilityZone Specify an Availability Zone for the Virtual Machine Scale Set. All Virtual Machines added the the scale set will inherit this zone. Not all Azure regions support Availability zones. VMSS deployed into a zone must have a platformFaultDomainCount = 1. dnsPrefixForPublicIP Globally unique DNS prefix for the Public IPs used to access the Virtual Machines
location Location for all resources.
