Update 19.11 for Azure Sphere public preview now available for evaluation

Published date: December 02, 2019

The Azure Sphere public preview 19.11 quality release is now available via the retail evaluation feed. The retail evaluation is meant for backwards compatibility testing. Use the retail evaluation feed to verify production-signed applications against the new release before we deploy it broadly on the retail feed. If you encounter problems, please notify us immediately through your Microsoft technical account manager (TAM) so that we can address any issues. Microsoft engineers and Azure Sphere community experts will also respond to product-related questions on our MSDN forum and development questions on Stack Overflow. The regular retail OS feed will continue to deliver version 19.10, and we plan to upgrade the retail OS feed to 19.11 in two weeks.

To install the 19.11 update on your devices during the evaluation period, you'll need to set up an OTA configuration that receives updates from the retail evaluation OS feed, if you haven’t already done so. For more information on how to change the configuration, see Set up a device group for OS evaluation
