Batch delivery in Azure Event Grid for high-throughput scenarios now in preview

Event subscriptions in Azure Event Grid now support batching semantics, which allows for more efficient publishing at large volumes and greater throughput. Event subscriptions with batching enabled can configure a max event count or a match batch size (in kb).
