Azure Container Registry repository-scoped RBAC permissions are now in preview

Announcing the public preview of repository-scoped RBAC permissions for Azure Container Registry (ACR). ACR already supported several authentication options using identities that have role-based access to an entire registry. However, for certain scenarios, customers might want to limit the access to specific repositories in a registry. Token based repository permissions now enable this functionality.
