Azure Database for PostgreSQL–Single now has support for up to 16 TB of storage and up to 20,000 IOPS. With this functionality, you get five times more storage for database servers, as well as more than triple the available IOPS.

Power BI now supports direct query for Azure Database for PostgreSQL
Power BI now supports direct query for Azure Database for PostgreSQL, both single server and Hyperscale (Citus). With direct query support, data isn’t copied or pulled directly into Power BI, instead queries are pushed down to the database engine and results retrieved.

Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Hyperscale (Citus) is now generally available. Azure Database for PostgreSQL - Hyperscale (Citus) scales out Postgres horizontally and is ideal for multi-tenant and SaaS applications that are growing fast, as well as for real-time analytics apps that need sub-second response times across billions of rows.
