Today, Microsoft released a commissioned study from analyst firm IDC challenging the misperception that cloud computing is a job eliminator and suggesting that the cloud will in fact be a major source of job growth.  IDC’s research indicates that by 2015, cloud computing will generate 14 million new jobs globally and revenues from cloud innovation could reach $1.1 trillion per year.  Cloud efficiencies, combined with and revenues generated from cloud innovation are predicted to cause significant organizational reinvestment resulting in job growth.  For details, read the full story on the Microsoft News Center.
