Today, you can start accessing Azure Media Services functionalities through portal.azure.com (codename Ibiza). We have developed all existing features in the old Azure portal onto this new one, so you will have a consistent experience. Meanwhile, since this Azure Media Services portal experience is in preview, you still can access the old portal by directly pinging manage.windowsazure.com. However, if you have created a Media Services account using the new portal with non-classic Storage account, you won’t be able to use old portal.
