Quickstart for Azure Search using REST APIs and PowerShell

For api-version=2019-05-06, demonstrates the Invoke-WebRequest cmdlet calling Azure Search REST APIs to send requests to Azure Search: create an index, load it with documents, and execute a few queries. This version supports complex types.
