Sending a log search alert with cross tenant target resource will no longer be supported
As of March 15, 2024, this behavior will change and sending a log search alert with a cross tenant target resource (except for the lighthouse case) will no longer be supported. Alerts will not be sent to unauthorized target resources, and log search alert rules with an unauthorized target will be ignored. This will ensure that only authorized users can receive and investigate log search alerts.

Azure Firewall: Flow Trace Logs and Autoscaling based on number of connections are now generally available
Flow Trace Logs provide more visibility into the TCP handshake, providing insight into whether traffic is properly flowing through the firewall. In addition, Azure Firewall can now autoscale based on number of connections, providing more scaling adaptability to dynamic workloads.

Generally available: Support for up to 100 TB of storage for the FHIR service
The FHIR service in Azure Health Data Services supports up to 100 TB of storage. The FHIR service can store and exchange large amounts of health data, and each FHIR service instance has a 4 TB storage limit by default. However, if you have more data, you can ask Microsoft to increase storage up to 100 TB for your FHIR service.
