A new bring your own key (BYOK) method to import keys securely from on-premises HSMs into Azure Key Vault is now generally available. This BYOK method can be used to import keys from any supported on-premises HSM.

The new Azure VMware Solution is a first party Microsoft Azure Compute service that enables customers to run VMware natively on Azure. The new service is directly operated, delivered and supported by Microsoft, and is endorsed by VMware through a direct cloud provider partnership agreement.
