SLA for Log Analytics

Azure Monitor now integrates the capabilities of Log Analytics and Application Insights for monitoring of your application. You may also continue using Log Analytics and Application Insights as stand-alone services, if desired. See their respective SLAs below.

Application Insights SLA

The SLA for Log Analytics has been updated to replace the Data latency SLA with a Query Availability SLA. This modification will be effective on February 1, 2019. The previous SLA will be in effect until February 1, 2019.

We guarantee for a given Log Analytics workspace that query availability will not fall below 99.9%.

No SLA is provided for the Free tier of Azure Log Analytics.
