VM Cluster with Zabbix monitoring

This template creates a cluster and sets up a zabbix monitoring server for cluster monitoring.

Parameter Name Description
clusterResourcePrefix Prefix for cluster resources. This would become part of the fully qualified domain name for each VM in the cluster, thus it should be globally unique.
clusterUsername Username for cluster vm.
clusterPassword Password for cluster vms.
clusterVmCount Number of VMs in the cluster.
monitorVmName Name for the monitor VM. This would become part of the fully qualified domain name for monitor VM, thus it should be globally unique.
monitorVmDistro Distro type for the monitor VM.
monitorVmUsername Monitor VM user name.
monitorVmPassword Monitor VM password.
mysqlServerType MySql Server type. 'Localhost' for creating a new MySQL instance on the monitor VM, 'existing' for using an existing host.
mysqlHost Monitoring service backend MySQL host, only needed when 'mysqlServerType' is set to 'existing'.
mysqlDbName Monitoring service backend MySQL database name.
mysqlUser Monitoring service backend MySQL user name.
mysqlPassword Monitoring service backend MySQL password.
_artifactsLocation The base URI where artifacts required by this template are located. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a private location in the subscription will be used and this value will be automatically generated.
location Location for all resources.
