Deploys a wordpress web site with MySQL replication backend

This template deploys a wordpress web site backed by a master/slave MySQL replication cluster

vnetAddressPrefix IP address in CIDR for virtual network
dbSubnetAddressPrefix IP address in CIDR for db subnet
dbSubnetStartAddress Start IP address for the VMs in db subnet
imagePublisher publisher for the VM OS image
imageOffer VM OS name
imageSKU VM OS version
mysqlFrontEndPort0 MySQL public port
mysqlFrontEndPort1 MySQL public port
sshNatRuleFrontEndPort0 public ssh port for VM1
sshNatRuleFrontEndPort1 public ssh port for VM2
mysqlProbePort0 MySQL public port master
mysqlProbePort1 MySQL public port slave
authenticationType Type of authentication to use on the Virtual Machine. SSH key is recommended.
adminPasswordOrKey SSH Key or password for the Virtual Machine. SSH key is recommended.
_artifactsLocation The base URI where artifacts required by this template are located. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a private location in the subscription will be used and this value will be automatically generated.
_artifactsLocationSasToken The sasToken required to access _artifactsLocation. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a sasToken will be automatically generated.
