This template deploys a Windows Server VM with Visual Code Studio Community 2019, with a few options for the VM. You can provide the name of VM, the admin username and admin password.

dnsLabelPrefix | Unique DNS Name for the Public IP used to access the Virtual Machine. |
sharedResources | Specify whether to create a new or existing NSG and vNet. |
virtualNetworkName | Name of the VNET |
subnetName | Name of the subnet in the virtual network |
networkSecurityGroupName | Name of the Network Security Group |
