TFS on an existing domain and SQL server

This template creates a new TFS deployment in an existing domain, configured against an existing SQL instance. This template can be used as the starting point for a production deployment of TFS.

Parameters

Parameter Name Description
vmName The name of the VM to create
vmSize The size of the VM to create
adminUsername The name of the administrator account. This account must have permissions to domain join the new VM
adminPassword The password for the Administrator account
existingDomainName The FQDN of the existing Active Directory Domain
existingVnetName The name of the Virtual Network to connect to
existingSubnetName The name of the subnet to connect to
existingSqlInstance The name of the SQL server to use for TFS
_artifactsLocation The base URI where artifacts required by this template are located. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a private location in the subscription will be used and this value will be automatically generated.
_artifactsLocationSasToken The sasToken required to access _artifactsLocation. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a sasToken will be automatically generated.
