Deploys a N node Gluster File System

This template deploys a 2, 4, 6, or 8 node Gluster File System with 2 replicas on CentOS 6.5

hostOs OS to install on the host system
storageAccountName Prefix of storage account name, each node lives in its own storage account
scaleNumber Number of nodes in the gluster file system
virtualNetworkName virtual network the nodes will be created in
adminUsername ssh user name
adminPassword ssh password
vmSize VM size for the nodes
vmNamePrefix VM name prefix, a number will be appended for each node
vmIPPrefix VM IP prefix, a number will be appened for each node
vnetAddressPrefix virtual network CIDR in which the cluster will be created
gfsSubnetName name of the subnet for the Gluster nodes
gfsSubnetPrefix CIDR of the subnet for the Gluster nodes
customScriptFilePath GitHub location of the custom script that configures Gluster
customScriptCommandToExecute command to run the custom script
volumeName Gluster file system volume name
