Deploys a N-node CentOS Cluster

Parameter Name Description
adminUsername Admin username for VM
adminPassword Admin password for VM
newStorageAccountName Unique storage account name. Must be between 3 and 24 characters in length and use numbers and lower-case letters only.
numberOfInstances Number of VMs to deploy (2-10)
vmSize Size of the Virtual Machine.
dnsNameforLBIP DNS name for Load Balancer IP
