This template provisions Azure Bastion in a Virtual Network

Parameter Name Description
vnetName Name of new or existing vnet to which Azure Bastion should be deployed
vnetIpPrefix IP prefix for available addresses in vnet address space
vnetNewOrExisting Specify whether to provision new vnet or deploy to existing vnet
bastionSubnetIpPrefix Bastion subnet IP prefix MUST be within vnet IP prefix address space
bastionHostName Name of Azure Bastion resource
location Azure region for Bastion and virtual network

Use the template


New-AzResourceGroup -Name <resource-group-name> -Location <resource-group-location> #use this command when you need to create a new resource group for your deployment
New-AzResourceGroupDeployment -ResourceGroupName <resource-group-name> -TemplateUri
