This template creates 2 Windows VMs (that can be used as web FE) with in an Availability Set and a Load Balancer with port 80 open. The two VMs can be reached using RDP on port 6001 and 6002. This template also create a SQL Server 2014 VM that can be reached via RDP connection defined in a Network Security Group.

Parameters

Parameter Name Description
publicDnsName Unique public DNS prefix for the deployment. The fqdn will look something like '<dnsname>.westus.cloudapp.azure.com'. Up to 62 chars, digits or dashes, lowercase, should start with a letter: must conform to '^[a-z][a-z0-9-]{1,61}[a-z0-9]$'.
adminUsername The name of the administrator of the new VM. Exclusion list: 'admin','administrator'
adminPassword The password for the administrator account of the new VM
