Application Gateway for Multi Hosting

This template creates an Application Gateway and configures it for Multi Hosting on port 443.

backendIpAddress1 IP Address for Backend Server 1
backendIpAddress2 IP Address for Backend Server 2
hostName1 HostName for listener 1
hostName2 HostName for listener 2
certData1 Base-64 encoded form of the .pfx file
certPassword1 Password for .pfx certificate
certData2 Base-64 encoded form of the .pfx file
certPassword2 Password for .pfx certificate
location Location for all resources.
