Access to subscription management and billing support is included with your Microsoft Azure subscription, and technical support is provided through one of the Azure Support Plans. For step-by-step guidance for the Azure portal, see How to create an Azure support request. Alternatively, you can create and manage your support tickets programmatically using the Azure Support ticket REST API.

Higher tiers of support plans offer faster initial response times and access to Advisory support, Configuration Optimization Reviews, and other benefits. To ensure that our customers get exposure to top Microsoft Partners, only those Partners in the Microsoft Partner Network that have a Silver or Gold Cloud Platform competency are listed in the Azure Partner Directory.
Once you submit your application to the Azure Partner Directory, we vet the details to ensure correctness and send you a link to the onboarding portal where you can fill out the marketing profile. Once you submit that profile, it will go live within a period of 3 business days with the assumption that your submitted profile is complete and correct.
