Are there any transaction fees for purchases through Azure Marketplace?

When a publisher solution license is purchased via Azure Marketplace, revenues for the publisher software license are split between Microsoft and the publisher per the terms and conditions in the [Marketplace Publisher Agreement](http://download.microsoft.com/download/B/1/3/B134B02E-72D4-4C60-80D3-358D5EAF28FB/Microsoft Marketplace Publisher Agreement.pdf). For publisher solutions with BYOL (Bring Your Own License) publishers do not incur in any transaction fee.
