Pricing details
Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) B2C usage will be billed monthly based on the number of authentications. An authentication is a token issued either in response to a sign-in request initiated by a user, or initiated by an application on behalf of a user (e.g. token refresh, where the refresh interval is configurable).
Prior to April 1, 2019, there was also a charge for stored users in the B2C directory. That charge has been removed for all customers starting April 1, 2019.
A separate fee will apply if you choose to provide higher levels of assurance using the per application Multi-Factor Authentication for Azure AD B2C option.
For customers with Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions, Azure AD B2C usage will be billed using a volume-based tiered model, as shown below.

Azure Multi-Factor Authentication for Azure AD B2C users will be charged at a flat fee of $0.03 per authentication.
For all other customers, Azure AD B2C usage will be billed at a low flat rate for each authentication, with no free tier. Azure Multi-Factor Authentication for B2C users will also be charged at a flat rate. For pricing, please contact your partner or Microsoft representative.
