Announcing MSDN Documentation and Best Practices for SQL Server Running in Windows Azure Infrastructure Services

We are very happy to announce that the technical documentation for deploying and running SQL Server in Windows Azure Infrastructures Services is now available online.  This is a very important set of documentation supporting the recent General Availability release of Infrastructure Services in Windows Azure.
