Azure App Service Diagnose and Troubleshoot
App Service will soon have a new experience for diagnosing and solving problems. With this new UI, we will make it easier to distinguish between application issues (your code) and platform issues (App Service). We will also provide quick solutions (Fix it!) tailored to the problems you might experience.
In-Virtual Machine Scheduled Events
Scheduled Events, a subservice under Azure Metadata Service, will surface information regarding upcoming events (for example, reboot), allowing your application to prepare and limit disruption.
Azure Cosmos DB—Data Explorer
Data Explorer will be a one-stop shop for management of your Azure Cosmos DB data. Soon to be in preview, it will provide a rich and unified developer experience for inserting, querying and managing data within the Azure portal and the Emulator.
Newly created Azure SQL databases will be encrypted at rest by default
All new Azure SQL databases will be encrypted with transparent data encryption by default, to make it easier for everyone to benefit from encryption at rest.
