Web App on Linux with Azure database for MySQL

This template provides a way to deploy Web Apps on Linux with Azure database for MySQL.

dbSkucapacity Azure database for mySQL compute capacity in vCores (2,4,8,16,32)
dbSkuName Azure database for mySQL sku name
dbSkuSizeMB Azure database for mySQL Sku Size
dbSkuTier Azure database for mySQL pricing tier
mysqlVersion MySQL version
location Location for all resources.
databaseskuFamily Azure database for mySQL sku family
