This template allows you to deploy SQL MI and additional resources used for storing logs and metrics (diagnostic workspace, storage account, event hub).

location | Enter location. If you leave this field blank resource group location would be used. |
virtualNetworkName | Enter virtual network name. If you leave this field blank name will be created by the template. |
addressPrefix | Enter virtual network address prefix. |
subnetName | Enter subnet name. |
subnetPrefix | Enter subnet address prefix. |
skuName | Enter sku name. |
vCores | Enter number of vCores. |
storageSizeInGB | Enter storage size. |
licenseType | Enter license type. |
diagnosticSettingName | Enter the name for diagnostic settings configuration. |
logAnalyticsWorkspaceName | Enter the name of diagnostic workspace. |
storageAccountName | Enter the name of storage account |
eventhubAuthorizationRuleName | Name of Namespace Authorization Rule. |
eventHubNamespaceName | The name of the Event Hubs namespace. |
eventHubName | The name of the Event Hubs namespace. |
