This template allows you to deploy SQL MI and additional resources used for storing logs and metrics (diagnostic workspace, storage account, event hub).

| addressPrefix | Enter virtual network address prefix. |
| subnetName | Enter subnet name. |
| subnetPrefix | Enter subnet address prefix. |
| skuName | Enter sku name. |
| vCores | Enter number of vCores. |
| storageSizeInGB | Enter storage size. |
| licenseType | Enter license type. |
| diagnosticSettingName | Enter the name for diagnostic settings configuration. |
| logAnalyticsWorkspaceName | Enter the name of diagnostic workspace. |
| storageAccountName | Enter the name of storage account |
| eventhubAuthorizationRuleName | Name of Namespace Authorization Rule. |
| eventHubNamespaceName | The name of the Event Hubs namespace. |
| eventHubName | The name of the Event Hubs namespace. |
