Deploy DLWorkspace cluster on Azure

Parameters
Parameter Name | Description |

clusterNameDesired | Name of cluster - should be lowercase, if it is not, a lowercase version will be used. |
location | Location of resources. |
adminUsername | Username on machines. |
adminPassword | Password for the virtual machines . |
dlwsAdmins | Comma separated list of users allowed to log into DLWorkspace webportal as administrator and manage the cluster |
devSourceIP | Array of IP prefixes of machines which can be used to connect to the dev box. |
numberOfInfraVM | Number of infra-VM to deploy. |
infraVMSize | Size of the infra-VM. Use a CPU VM for infra-VM. |
numberOfWorkerVM | Number of worker-VM to deploy. |
workerVMSize | Size of the worker-VM. Use a GPU VM for worker-VM. |
openIDProvider | Provider for OpenID Authentication - currently supports MSFT or Google, leave blank if not using. |
openIDTenant | Name of the web application registered with the authentication provider. |
openIDClientID | ClientID of the web application registered with the authentication provider. |
openIDClientSecret | Client Secret of the web application registered with the authentication provider. |
_artifactsLocation | The base URI where artifacts required by this template are located including a trailing '/' |
_artifactsLocationSasToken | The sasToken required to access _artifactsLocation. When the template is deployed using the accompanying scripts, a sasToken will be automatically generated. Use the defaultValue if the staging location is not secured. |
