This template creates 2 new VMs to be AD DCs (primary and backup) for a new Forest and Domain

_artifactsLocationSasToken | Auto-generated token to access _artifactsLocation |
location | Location for all resources. |
adVMSize | Size for the VM. This sample uses premium disk and requires an 'S' sku. |
