This template shows how to create an Azure Traffic Manager profile load-balancing across multiple virtual machines.

|uniqueDnsName||Relative DNS name for the traffic manager profile, resulting FQDN will be <uniqueDnsName>.trafficmanager.net, must be globally unique.|
|adminUsername||User name for the Virtual Machines.|
|adminPassword||Password for the Virtual Machines.|
|uniqueDnsNameForPublicIP||Relative DNS Name for the Public IPs used to access the Virtual Machines, must be globally unique. An index will be appended for each instance.|
|ubuntuOSVersion||The Ubuntu version for the VM. This will pick a fully patched image of this given Ubuntu version. Allowed values: 12.04.5-LTS, 14.04.2-LTS, 15.10.|
