Azure Kubernetes Service is now generally available in India Central. It's the 19th Azure region to offer the service.
Public preview: Azure Log Analytics in France Central, Korea Central, North Europe
France Central, Korea Central and North Europe are now GA for customers to start collecting telemetry and analyse their services for health and usage using Azure Log Analytics.

M-series virtual machines (VMs) are now available in the China North 2 region
Azure M-series VMs are now available in the China North 2 region. M-series VMs offer configurations with memory from 192 GB to 3.8 TiB (4 TB) RAM and are certified for SAP HANA.
