PingAccess for Azure Active Directory
Date updated: 23 October 2017
Ping Identity and Microsoft announce the general availability (GA) of PingAccess for Azure Active Directory (AD) Application Proxy, extending secure remote access to more on-premises applications. Connecting the full set of legacy and custom on-premises apps can be challenging, especially if these apps aren’t standards-based. Ping Identity will bring a technology that makes it possible, as an established identity vendor specialised in on-premises identity management.
PingAccess will provide single sign-on (SSO) and remote access to many different types of on-premises web applications, including those that are non-standards based. This integration between Application Proxy and PingAccess will allow enterprises to expand SSO access to even more of their on-premises web applications. The result is seamless and secure SSO for all applications for all users on all devices and clouds, without the need for a VPN.
Azure AD Premium customers can use this integration to connect up to 20 apps for no additional cost. For more than 20 applications, full PingAccess licences may be purchased.
